Where it Began
Our food truck started as a passion project between two friends who wanted
to share their love of food with the community. We started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchens and selling them at local fairs and festivals. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start our own food truck
business.
Our menu is inspired by our traditions and watching our grandmother and mother cooking traditional Italian and Spanish dishes. Growing in Argentina, I learn the art of cooking BBQ on an open fire pit. Our dishes are made the old fashioned way with quality fresh products. We offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving.
Our team is made up of passionate foodies who love nothing more than sharing our delicious dishes with our customers. We pride ourselves on our friendly, welcoming service and strive to make every customer feel like part of the family.
